Request for a Revised Figure

We have reviewed all of the data provided in your manuscript. Before we can continue with production there are a few minor modifications we would like for you to make to your figure(s).

In figures containing images whose original orientation has been altered (that is, when lanes have been cut from the original film), there should be tooling (a vertical line) separating the lanes to show that the figure is a composite image. These types of alterations to figures must also be noted in the figure legends. Please supply a revised figure(s) and legend(s).
