Educational Poster Process for CSE 2025 Annual Meeting

Minneapolis, Minnesota, May 3 – 6, 2025

The submission process for educational posters for the 2025 CSE Annual Meeting is now open. 

Accepted posters will be on display during the meeting in the Exhibit Hall, and you will be requested to attend in person and stand near your poster during evening receptions and breaks.

Notifications and acceptance will be reviewed on a rolling basis through March 21, 2025 and all decisions sent by April 4, 2025.   Abstracts for posters will be peer-reviewed by members of the CSE Program Committee. The completed template will be due via upload by Friday, April 18, 2025. 

If your poster is accepted for presentation, you will be given a CSE-branded template and asked to submit a $50 administrative fee (post-acceptance).

You will be asked to complete the following information for your poster proposal:

1. Submitting author
2. Submitting author's email address
3. Author names and employers
4. Author disclosures
5. Introduction (Purpose of the study/poster)
6. Background results/findings
7. Conclusions/summary

Items #5-7 above should be a maximum of 250 words combined.
