Julian M. Norghauer, PhD
Statistical Scientific Editing Helping scientists communicate their research effectively through better English and statistics.
Avid field biologist (ecologist) with 15+ years of academic research experience and 20 first-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals (two sole-authored), who has edited more than 2000 manuscripts for ESL researchers, often under tight deadlines. Besides correcting and polishing their English, I provide numerous helpful comments to improve their paper’s communication and presentation. For in-depth editing, I do more rewriting to “tighten up” the text and also flag potential issues concerning statistical analyses and reporting, while also offering tips and suggestions to avoid problems in peer review.
